Book Vouchers

Do I qualify to receive a book voucher?

A book voucher is a loan from an anticipated stipend.
Your bill must have a credit semester balance due (- in front of the $ amount) to receive a book voucher.
Vouchers are offered until the last day of add and drop.

A book voucher is a loan from the projected semester credit balance for the current semester. The amount used will be deducted from the semester's projected credit balance.

For example, the student above has a projected credit balance of -$558.50.

  • The student is issued a book voucher of $250.00 but uses $178.37.
  • The students expected semester credit balance will be reduced by $178.37.
  • This student will receive a stipend of $380.13 instead of the $558.50 stated on the bill. -$558.00 - $178.37 = -$380.13.
  • The amount used will be deducted from the semester's projected credit balance.
